This concert is a program of 19th century music for cello and piano one would hear in a typical salon evening in Paris at the end of the century. It will take place at the beautiful Cromhouthuis/Bijbels Museum as part of the concert series organized by the Geelvinck Museum. The program and the interpretation are inspired by the earliest recordings made by musicians associated with the composers or even the composers themselves!
